Summer Solstice Cocktail Recipe
The summer solstice is a remarkable day. It’s the only day in the year where the sun hits the Earth an extra-long time and marks the official beginning of the summer season. On this day, the Earth’s poles reach the maximum tilt towards the sun. In the northern hemisphere, the summer solstice is the longest day of the year and the sunset occurs later in the evening.
To mark this sunlit day heralding the arrival of a new season, we present special cocktail recipes just perfect for the occasion.
