  • Now, you will have to make the crumb topping. In order to do this, you need to take a bowl first and then, add cinnamon, brown sugar, and flour to it. Now, mix them very well and add butter to it. Now mix them well to create crumbs.
  • Take a large bowl and add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg together. Mix all the ingredients very well. Now, take another medium bowl and add milk, maple syrup, oil, brown sugar, and pumpkin. Mix all the items very well. After this, you will have to mix pour and wet ingredients. You will have to ensure that the batter is not over-mixed. Now, spread it over the baking pan.
  • Now, pour the crumb over the batter and then gently press it down.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes. You can use a toothpick to check whether it is done or not.
